Casual Disability Support Worker

Freemans Reach & Richmond, NSW

New Haven Farm Home is looking for caring, reliable, and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, with opportunities for permanent employment for the right people.

We're seeking people who are available to work across all shift types:

- Day Shift: 6:30am - 3:30pm

- Afternoon Shift: 3:15pm - 11:15pm

- Overnight Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

About the Role

You'll support people with disabilities in our homes located in Freemans Reach and Richmond. Responsibilities include:

- Personal care

- Medication support

- Community participation

- Daily living skills

- Supporting people with complex and challenging behaviours

- Transporting clients in company vehicles

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.





Previous disability support experience or tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field are highly regarded, but not essential. We value attitude and genuine commitment just as much as experience.

We are particularly interested in applicants who live locally and can assist with additional shifts when needed.

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW Driver Licence

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
