About the role

You'll be one of the main voices of the Coposit brand on social media, creating and posting content on Instagram and TikTok to help Aussies get into the property market.

Key responsibilities

- Come up with ideas, then film, edit and post content on IG and TikTok

- Be on camera: talking to it, trying things, showing what goes on behind the scenes

- Jump on trends while they're still fresh, and know which ones to skip

- Run comments and DMs like a real person, not a brand bot

- Check what worked, what didn't, and work out why

- Pitch big ideas

About you

- You make content already, on your own account, for a uni club, or for a side hustle

- You can shoot and edit on your phone without needing a tutorial

- Being on camera feels fun to you, not scary

- You write captions people actually read

- You'd rather try something and learn from it than wait to be told
