About the role

As a Production Worker with RX Rims, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring hoses and pipes are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality. This full-time role will see you as a key part of the production team, helping maintain smooth workflow and timely output in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring extruder lines, winders, granulators, printers and bandsaws

- Maintaining material flow, temperature control and product specifications during production

- Performing yarn (cotton) changes, screen/breaker plate changes and hopper feeding

- Coiling, bagging, wrapping, labelling and palletising finished products

- Inspecting hoses and pipes to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy

- Conducting regular quality checks and maintaining accurate production records

- Reporting quality issues or production concerns to the Team Leader

- Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas in line with housekeeping standards

About you

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

- Ability to operate machinery or willingness to be trained

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality





- Good organisational and time management skills

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Commitment to workplace safety and WHS standards

- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills

- Australian work rights are required for this position
