About the role

You'll work closely with the owner and the team, taking projects from drawings through assembly, fitting and installation. This is a hands-on role with a mix of workshop manufacturing and on-site installation. You will manufacture and install custom kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities and commercial joinery.

Key responsibilities

- Reading and interpreting joinery drawings

- Assembling cabinets and fitting doors, drawers and hardware

- Installing joinery, including accurate levelling, scribing and finishing

- Working independently and solving practical problems as they arise

- Helping guide our apprentice and maintaining a tidy, organised workplace

About you

- A trade qualification in cabinetmaking or equivalent relevant experience

- Experience manufacturing and installing custom joinery

- Solid attention to detail and pride in the finished product

- The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality





- A reliable, punctual approach and clear communication

- Respect for clients, teammates, tools and property

- A current driver's licence
