Bolts and Moore is seeking a reliable and motivated Branch Assistant to join its Bayswater branch.

This is a varied role combining counter sales, customer service and warehouse support. You’ll assist customers, process orders, prepare stock and help keep the branch running smoothly day to day.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, communicates confidently with customers and is happy to work across both the counter and warehouse.

Previous industry experience would be an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.

Your responsibilities:

- Serve customers at the counter and assist with phone enquiries.
- Process customer orders and support telephone sales.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and stock handling.
- Support purchasing activities as required.
- Keep the branch and warehouse tidy and organised.
- Assist across general branch operations as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, confident approach and willingness to help customers and colleagues.
- Hands-on Attitude: Comfortable with physical work, including manual handling and lifting items up to 23kg.
- Reliability & Teamwork: A dependable, flexible team player who is happy to pitch in wherever needed.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in trade supply, hardware, fasteners, mechanical,



building or construction would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
- Licence Requirements: A current Australian driver's licence is essential. A forklift licence would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
- Australian Working Rights: Full Australian working rights are required. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
