What You’ll Bring to the Team:

- Leadership Potential: Experience in retail management, customer service,



or a trade background with a natural ability to lead.
- Trade Knowledge: A genuine passion for tools and the construction industry (Tradies looking for a career change are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Drive: You are a "go-getter" who is comfortable working toward KPIs and team goals.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Exceptional service skills to build rapport with our loyal "tradie" customer base.
- Flexibility: As our store is Retail based availability to work a day on the weekend and be flexible with your roster is a must.

A Day in the Role:

- Supporting the teamin daily operations and team leadership.
- Providing expert advice to customers in-store and over the phone.
- Driving sales, managing promotions, and ensuring the team hits targets.
- Overseeing stock presentation and eye-catching displays.
- Mentoring junior staff and assisting with technical product troubleshooting.
