Position Description

Join Tesla’s groundbreaking Body Repair Program and help reshape the automotive repair industry. You’ll work with internally developed programs and management systems that revolutionise the body‑repair estimating and repair process. As part of the team that triages all necessary information and parts, you’ll ensure repairs are completed in industry‑leading time, getting our customers’ vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. Please note this is a 6-month contract role, with a possibility of extension and/or permanency.

Responsibilities

- Assist estimators with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ad‑hoc projects.

- Proactively communicate with insurance partners to submit claims.

- Liaise between insurance partners and the body shop.

- Manage email and SMS correspondence efficiently.

- Maintain your work schedule and meet internal deadlines.

- Communicate with customers, setting clear expectations and providing updates.

- Coordinate rental‑vehicle reservations.

- Review repair plans and support estimation activities under the guidance of an experienced estimator.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Enjoys fast-paced environments, embraces change, and demonstrates proactive thinking

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to follow instructions.





- Proven ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external contacts.

- Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).

- Willingness to learn and train alongside teammates.

- 3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus

- Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus

- Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
