These projects demand exceptional design quality, technical capability and confidence working within complex project environments.

About the role
With a strong pipeline on the horizon, we are recruiting a Junior to Mid Level Interior Designer based on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional and comfortable engaging with clients, while contributing across all phases of a project. We're looking for a true all rounder who can balance design thinking with delivery, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the design and delivery of luxury projects

- Work across multiple project stages, including design development, documentation,



and client presentations

- Engage confidently with clients and consultants, articulating design intent and project outcomes

- Collaborate closely with senior designers and leadership to meet project timelines and quality standards

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Well presented, strong communication and client-facing approach

- Post Graduate candidates are welcome to apply

- Experience working on high-end hotel projects

- Rhino skills - must have

- Solid career ambition
