About the role

Serve as the primary onsite AV support for a major corporate customer in the financial services sector. You will provide real-time troubleshooting, proactive issue resolution, and ensure seamless meeting experiences for users.

Key responsibilities

- Serve as the primary onsite AV support for the major corporate customer
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution
- Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Assist users with AV system operations, ensuring seamless meeting experiences
- Look after installation and service of Crestron, Cisco, Shure, Tesira hardware
- Manage Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco platforms

About you

- 5+ years in an AV support role onsite at enterprise clients




- Experience in a technical support role providing external clients technical advice
- Experience with installation and service of Crestron, Cisco, Shure, Tesira hardware
- Experience managing Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco platforms
- Able to commute into the CBD
- Positive proactive attitude
