All Conveyancing Australia is seeking three highly experienced conveyancers—one each for Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. These roles suit experienced professionals who can confidently manage their own files, communicate clearly with clients and take responsibility for matters from instruction through settlement and completion. You only need experience in the state you are applying for. Experience across all three states is not required.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage property purchases and sales from initial instruction through settlement and completion.
- Review contracts and relevant documentation, monitor conditions and identify issues requiring attention or escalation.
- Coordinate searches, title enquiries, duty, adjustments, settlement documentation and financial requirements.
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, solicitors and other conveyancers.
- Manage competing deadlines and maintain accurate, well-organised electronic files.
- Keep clients informed throughout their transaction.
- Work closely with our Conveyancing Manager to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
About you
- At least five years' conveyancing experience, with seven or more years highly regarded.
- Substantial recent experience independently managing matters in Tasmania, South Australia or Western Australia.
- Strong local technical knowledge and the ability to manage files with minimal supervision.
- Relevant qualifications and any registration or licensing required for your role.
- Confidence using digital conveyancing, revenue and settlement systems relevant to your jurisdiction.
- Sound judgment, excellent attention to detail and clear client communication.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
