About the role

You will lead the development and implementation of Kitchen Innovations' Quality and Continuous Improvement capability. You will be responsible for strengthening quality systems, reducing waste, improving operational performance, implementing practical quality and improvement frameworks, and coaching leaders and teams to drive sustainable improvement. This is not a traditional inspection-focused quality role. It is a leadership role focused on systems, governance, continuous improvement and long-term business performance.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems and standards.
- Lead quality improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis investigations and corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews.
- Drive Continuous Improvement projects across the business.
- Develop quality KPIs and reporting dashboards.
- Support operational teams in improving quality and process performance.
- Coach and develop employees at all levels to build a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
- Partner with operational teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency,



reduce waste and enhance customer outcomes.

About you

- Experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing and process improvement.
- Demonstrated success improving quality performance, reducing waste or delivering operational improvements.
- Robust Root Cause Analysis and corrective-action capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- A practical, hands-on approach to driving sustainable improvement.
- Experience within manufacturing, construction products, cabinetry, engineering or a similar operational environment.
