We have an exciting vacancy for Part time, Workplace Experience Coordinator to lead the office in Brisbane, Queensland! Roster across Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 with 5-6 hours per day.

THE POSITION

- Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a customer centric role that provides an exceptional level of service to the Client’s organization throughout the office operation
- The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract
- Responsible for various reporting of office work and facilities
- Always ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas

THE PERSON

- Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background
- Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage,



work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
