How You’ll Make an Impact

- Lead with Impact: Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs while identifying refined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations including manage rosters, ensure compliance, and maintain high clinical standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

- A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).

- Previous leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment is desirable but not essential.

- The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.

- Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.

- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
