We’re partnering with a Boutique agency in the northern suburbs of Melbourne to find an experienced Property Manager who wants more autonomy, genuine flexibility and the prospect to grow alongside the business.

THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing an established portfolio of approximately 50 residential properties
- Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio requirements




- Coordinating leasing activities and overseeing the tenancy lifecycle
- Handling VCAT matters, with guidance from the Director where required
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing the rent roll
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business

About You
We’re seeking an established Property Manager who enjoys working autonomously, building relationships and contributing to a growing business.
You'll ideally have:

- At least 3 years residential Property Management experience.
- Experience managing an end-to-end portfolio.
- A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.
- Confidence handling VCAT matters and tenancy management.
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
