About the role

Find cars, buy them right, sell them. You'll work across auctions, private and trade stock sourcing, appraisals, and wholesale dealer network sales. The role involves inspecting and valuing vehicles at auctions 2 to 4 days a week (Manheim, Pickles, Grays), making 50+ calls and messages daily to chase stock, driving across Sydney to view cars, and building relationships across the trade so cars come to you first.

Key responsibilities

- Attend auctions 2 to 4 days a week, inspecting, valuing, and bidding on vehicles
- Make 50+ calls and messages daily chasing private and trade stock
- Drive across Sydney to appraise and view potential stock
- Sell into the wholesale dealer network
- Build and maintain relationships across the trade
- Target 30+ cars per month, with 50+ being excellent performance

About you





- Experience buying, appraising, or wholesaling cars, or proven track record in a hard commission role with demonstrated numbers
- Ability to track your own performance without being asked
- Comfortable buying to agreed numbers while settling in and earning more room from there
- Prefer being paid on what you produce rather than hours at a desk
- Able to walk away from a bad car
- Comfortable with repetitive work and early starts
