About the role

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of property claims from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring fair outcomes and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end property and strata claims

- Assessing coverage, liability and claim outcomes

- Coordinating claim investigations, repairs and remediation works

- Liaising with brokers, insureds, assessors, builders and repairers

- Negotiating settlements and resolving claims efficiently

- Maintaining accurate claim records and documentation

- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the claims process

About you

- Previous end-to-end Property Claims experience

- Experience managing water damage, escape of liquid, burst pipe or other complex property claims

- Strata or Body Corporate claims experience highly regarded

- A sound understanding of property damage and building-related claims





- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- The ability to manage a busy claims portfolio with confidence

- Experience using claims management systems and Microsoft Excel
