About the role

As our Pasta Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality pasta dishes while maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, consistency and food safety.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh pasta dishes, sauces and accompaniments.

- Demonstrate expertise in traditional and contemporary Italian cooking techniques.

- Maintain consistency in food quality, flavour and presentation.

- Assist with menu development, seasonal specials and creative pasta offerings.

- Ensure effective stock rotation, portion control and minimisation of food waste.

- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.

- Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

- Perform efficiently during busy service periods.

About you

- Previous experience as a Pasta Chef, Chef de Partie or similar culinary role.

- Strong knowledge of fresh pasta preparation and Italian cuisine.

- Experience preparing pasta dough, fillings and sauces from scratch.





- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality food.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- The ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and willingness to contribute to a great kitchen culture.

- Relevant culinary qualifications (desirable).
