About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Trade Assistant to join our team in Willetton. This is a full-time position working on residential bathroom renovations alongside experienced tradespeople.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting tradespeople with bathroom renovations

- Demolition, material handling and site clean-up

- Preparing work areas and surfaces

- Assisting with installations and general construction tasks

- Maintaining tools, equipment and a tidy worksite

- Collecting materials and organising stock

- Following workplace health and safety procedures

- Supporting the team and learning new skills





- Demonstrate and live out Lux's Purpose, Mission and Values in daily conduct

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in construction or a trade environment

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Reliable, punctual and organised

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- A current driver's licence and white card

- A commitment to workplace health and safety
