We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused person to join our Fyshwick team as a Customer Service Representative.

You don't need industry experience to succeed in this role. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude and are keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a long-term career with us.

What you'll be doing

- Providing exceptional customer service at the counter, over the phone and via email.

- Processing customer orders and supporting sales activities.





- Building solid relationships with customers and helping them find the right solutions.

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.

- Assisting with deliveries and day-to-day branch operations.

- Supporting stock control and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.

Who we're looking for

You might come from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service, sales or another customer-facing role.

Most importantly, you:

- Enjoy helping customers and creating positive experiences.

- Communicate confidently and build rapport with a wide range of people.

- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Are reliable, organised and take pride in your work.

- Work well as part of a team.

- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence

A Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential, we can support you in obtaining one.
