Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a keen eye for financial reconciliation and client communication? Sal’s House is looking for a detail-oriented Support at Home (SAH) Coordinator to take charge of our post-claim reconciliation and client statement processes.

About the Role

As our SAH Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between external claim processing and internal financial management. You will take ownership of incoming claim data, manage reconciliations using MYOB, and handle the distribution of statements.

Key Responsibilities

- Claim Reconciliation: Review and reconcile claims already processed by our clients ensuring accuracy against our internal financial records.

- MYOB Management: Utilise MYOB to manage accounts, track transactions, and maintain clean financial ledgers for all SAH activities.

- Client Statements: Generate, review, and send out regular SAH statements to external clients, addressing any billing inquiries professionally and promptly.

- Process Optimisation:



Streamline our reconciliation workflows and communication channels to ensure efficiency and transparency.

What We Are Looking For

- MYOB Experience: Demonstrated, hands-on experience using MYOB for financial reconciliations, ledger management, and reporting.

- Bookkeeping Background: Solid understanding of accounting principles, accounts management, and transaction matching.

- Aged Care / SAH Familiarity: Prior experience working with Support at Home packages, home care billing, or working alongside providers is a strong advantage.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for dealing with client statement queries and liaising with external locations.
