Graphic Designer

Location: Beverly Hills, Sydney NSW Employment type: Full-time or part time Salary: $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience

We're a creative team delivering high-quality visual work for clients across construction, hospitality, startups and more. No two days look the same. We're looking for a versatile designer who enjoys variety, works well on their own, and can adapt their approach to different brands, industries and audiences.

The role

You'll join our Sydney team as a mid-weight designer, taking projects from first concept through to final delivery. We want someone who understands the thinking behind the design (the brand, audience, message and business goal) and turns it into clear, effective visual communication.

You'll work across multiple brands and projects, including branding, digital campaigns, social media, websites, print, presentations, advertising and general marketing materials.

What you'll do

- Turn briefs into effective designs for digital, print, social and web

- Adapt your style across a varied client base, from corporate brand guidelines to bold consumer campaigns

- Apply and develop client brand guidelines, keeping every touchpoint consistent

- Manage your own projects and deadlines, working with account managers, strategists, developers and external print or production partners

- Prepare clean, production-ready files for digital use and commercial print





- Present your work and explain your creative thinking to the team and clients

What you bring

- 2+ years of qualified graphic design experience (agency or multi-brand in-house experience is highly regarded)

- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma

- A good understanding of branding and how design solves business problems

- Clear communication and the confidence to present your ideas and take feedback

- Good time management, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have: motion graphics or Premiere Pro experience.

What we offer

- $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation

- Flexible hybrid working between our Sydney office and home after you successfully complete your probation period, subject to business needs
