Australian Unity is seeking a General Manager, Racecourse Grange in Mornington, Victoria for a 12‐month fixed‐term contract. Lead a 127‐room residential aged care community, overseeing operations, governance, and resident outcomes while building capability across the leadership team.

You will report to the General Manager Residential Aged Care Operations and drive performance, regulatory compliance and sustainable occupancy with a focus on high‐quality care and stakeholder engagement.
