Join National Tiles as a Senior Trade Assistant based at our Alexandria store, where you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects.

Full time - Tuesday - Saturday
$37.12/hr + Super, Incentives & Perks!

This is a rewarding role where you are tasked with the day-to-day management of our Trade Sales and Warehouse to achieve excellence in operations and customer experience.

You will assist our valued customers with your demonstrated product knowledge, expert advice and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You are also required to manage the warehouse including unpacking stock arrivals, picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch,



conducting stock takes, carrying our WHS audits, managing staff and general housekeeping.
