Job Description

We are looking for Employer Engagement Consultants to join our Employment Services team across Perth North and South.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building robust employer partnerships and creating sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

You'll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, which guide how we support our clients, communities and each other.

In this role, you will:
Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
Proactively identify leads through networking and local market engagement
Partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for employment and align them with employer needs
Provide post-placement support to employers to drive long-term employment success
Collaborate with internal teams to support clients at risk and improve retention outcomes
Work towards KPIs and performance targets in a quick-paced, purpose-driven setting
