This is a excellent chance to manage a portfolio of just 50–60 commercial properties, with no trust accounting, training and support, and the chance to get involved in business development.
Whether you have commercial experience or are looking to transition from residential property management, this role offers plenty of prospect to grow.

What's on Offer?
Manageable portfolio of 50–60 properties.
Monday–Friday, with no weekend work.
No trust accounting.

$75,000–$95,000 package based on experience

The Role
Manage ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections.
Communicate with owners and tenants.
Manage rental arrears, notices and lease renewals.
Conduct onsite visits as required.
Issue breach notices where necessary.
Deliver exceptional customer service.

About You
Experience managing a residential or commercial property portfolio.
Current Certificate of Registration or real estate licence.
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.




Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
