The Company
Our client is a fast-paced manufacturing business based in Pakenham, looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy environment, building customer relationships and supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and helpful support
Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry across internal systems
Coordinate orders from placement through to delivery, keeping customers updated on progress
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, production and logistics, to ensure customer requirements are met
Proactively follow up on delays, resolve issues and provide suitable solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and support general administrative tasks as required

About You
Previous experience in customer service,



order processing or coordination, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain setting is essential
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach
Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes
