About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business through strategic marketing initiatives across digital platforms and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns to promote our services including education admissions, migration pathways, and employer sponsorship programs
Advise management on marketing strategies to effectively reach target international student and migration markets
Coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple channels including:
Email marketing (Mailchimp)
Social media advertising (Meta Business Suite – Facebook & Instagram)
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Content marketing including TikTok campaigns
Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and analyse trends in education and migration sectors
Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms and company website
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
Analyse digital marketing data to improve lead generation and conversion outcomes
Work closely with internal teams including migration agents, admissions, and business development to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Recommend improvements to website and digital content to enhance SEO performance and user engagement
Skills and Experience Required
Demonstrated experience with:
Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads Manager)
SEO tools and strategies
Social media content marketing (including TikTok)
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced, multicultural environment
Salary
$77,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation
