An established national business is seeking a driven Business Manager to lead one of its operations in Brisbane's inner eastern suburbs .

What you'll be responsible for:
Taking ownership of business performance, profitability and growth

Leading, coaching and developing a small team
Maintaining strong operational standards and service excellence

About you:




Proven experience in business management, business development or operational leadership
Background in trade wholesale, building supplies, construction products or a related industry (highly regarded)
