Citi Care Property Service is looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team servicing residential strata buildings across Melbourne.
This role will primarily involve strata cleaning , with the opportunity to learn garden maintenance and grow within the business.
Duties include :
Cleaning common areas of apartment buildings
Vacuuming hallways and stairwells
Mopping floors and cleaning lifts
Managing bin rooms and waste areas
General property presentation
Assisting with garden maintenance (training provided)
What we’re looking for :
Reliable and punctual
Valuable attention to detail
Willing to learn gardening and property maintenance
Driver’s license (manual)
Ability to work independently
