Anglicare is seeking a agile Residential Care Manager for Warrina, Castle Hill, NSW on a fixed term contract until August 2027. You will lead a vibrant aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care, sound financial management and solid staff leadership in a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent resident care, driving a positive culture, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with ACFI, the Aged Care Act and WHS standards.
