Pullman East Melbourne is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Full time Commis Chef to join a vibrant kitchen team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone passionate about food, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in a rapid-paced, high-quality kitchen workplace.

You'll support the kitchen by preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking, and maintaining a clean, organised workstation under the guidance of senior chefs. Availability for AM, PM and overnight shifts is essential.
