About Us : Global Healthcare Management College (GHMC) is a registered training organisation and CRICOS provider delivering high-quality education to international students across Australia. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced ELICOS Teacher to join our Brisbane campus and contribute to delivering engaging and effective English language training.
About the Role : As an ELICOS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering General English programs to international students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning workplace. You will play a key role in student progression, engagement, and overall academic success.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality ELICOS (General English) training in line with course requirements
Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessment tools
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
Maintain accurate student records and attendance
Support students with language development and academic skills
Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
Ensure compliance with ASQA and ESOS framework requirements
Essential Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
Recognised TESOL qualification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience teaching ELICOS / General English courses
Solid understanding of the ESOS Act and National Code 2018
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience teaching in a CRICOS-registered organisation
