We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused Salesperson to join theDomayne Alexandria Flagship Store.

Our Sales Consultant have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must:

Have a passion for retail sales and a can-do attitude

Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills

Enjoy working in a team setting

What we require:

Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business or Bedding Industry





Valuable knowledge & ability to learn Bedding products to support with customer queries & Sale

Interior decorating experience will be highly considered

Ability to service your customer’s needs while managing work tasks around showroom floor

Going above and beyond to provide exceptional service to customer focused needs

Experience in resolving & dealing with customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer needs are met with timely and accurate services

Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets

Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays

Ability to work under pressure
