AA Appointments is seeking a Director of Sales or ADOS with a solid MICE and corporate sales background to lead the Melbourne market. You will drive proactive business development, forge strategic client relationships and maximize revenue from conferencing, meetings and accommodation.

You will lead a small sales team (two full-time, one part time Business Development Executives), develop current opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms to secure high-yield accounts.
