The Role:
Casual Jobs, Student Prefer
Assisting customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments
Packing, invoicing & consigning parcels &freight;, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight
Local Pick-ups and local deliveries in the PACK& SEND vehicle with another driver.
Tracking and tracing consignments and resolving delivery issues
Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre

To be successful in this role you must have:
Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area
Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written




Robust selling and conversion skills
A unique ability for quick thinking, problem-solving and organising
Physical fitness with a positive, vibrant& high-spirited approach
A success and results-driven attitude

Quick learner

Ability to work autonomously as well as being a solid team player
