Full Spectrum Consulting is partnering with a well-established Australian business within the building and manufacturing industry to recruit an experienced Office Manager based in Dandenong South VIC . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy sales office, lead a small customer service team, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of office functions while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support a small customer service and administration team
Oversee daily office operations and workflow to ensure exceptional customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Resolve customer enquiries and escalated issues professionally
Coordinate staff training, onboarding and ongoing development
Assist with recruitment, performance management and team engagement
Monitor office systems, processes and data integrity
Support Workplace Health & Safety initiatives and compliance
Work closely with sales,



warehouse and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations

About You

To be successful, you will bring :
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Customer Service Manager or Team Leader position
A proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Solid administration and Microsoft Office skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience within manufacturing, building products, industrial or trade environments will be highly regarded
