Customer Service Team Member - Oceana Traders, Avalon Beach

School students preferred due to short shifts - after school and weekend shifts available.

Oceana Traders is a much-loved Avalon Beach venue, serving the local community for over a decade. Known for our relaxed coastal atmosphere, open kitchen, and friendly service, we’re looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role

You’ll be the welcoming face of Oceana Traders, providing warm, effective service and helping create a positive experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with genuine friendliness
Take orders and operate the POS system
Serve food and drinks efficiently




Maintain a clean and organised service area
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service

About You
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Friendly, reliable, and well presented
Calm and positive under pressure
A strong team player with good communication skills
