Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Energy Spurt is a fast-growing Australian renewable energy wholesaler specialising in business-to-business solar products. We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our South Australia team based in Welland, SA .

This is a full time, long-term chance suited to someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and quotations accurately
Coordinate deliveries and order fulfilment with warehouse and logistics teams
Liaise with sales, procurement and accounts to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Follow up on customer requests and provide timely updates
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers
Support general administration and customer service duties as required

About You
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Friendly,



professional and confident phone manner
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
Reliable, punctual and proactive
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Previous customer service or administration experience is preferred but not essential
Experience in the solar or electrical industry is an advantage but not required
