About the Role We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Service Employees to join our Residential Services team. In this role, you’ll support our residents by delivering high-quality kitchen, servery services . From preparing light refreshments and ensuring dietary needs are met, to maintaining clean and welcoming spaces, your work will help create a secure and comfortable workplace for those in our care.

This is a casual opportunity with a variety of afternoon and weekend shifts. About the Team At BaptistCare, our Residential Services team puts residents at the centre of everything we do.
