Retail & Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time - 18 hrs/week)

We are a national online business and an industry leader in kids’ sporting equipment , based in Cannington . We operate a welcoming showroom where customers and their families can try our products and purchase directly in-store.

We’re now looking for someone bright, enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working to join our small, friendly, and relaxed team on a permanent part time basis.

About the Role

This is a hands-on customer service position where you’ll work both independently and as part of a team. No experience is required — full, comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Duties
Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Serving customers in-store and providing excellent customer service




Making sales and processing EFTPOS / credit card payments
Light cleaning duties
Opening and closing the store

Availability - Please Read Carefully

You must be available to work the following fixed hours (not adaptable):
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays : 9:00am - 2:00pm
Saturdays : 10:00am - 1:00pm

18 hours per week

Willing to learn and take initiative

This role would suit a school leaver or university student or graduate seeking a permanent ongoing position that offers valuable customer service and administration experience .
