Westpoint Autos Moorooka is seeking expressions of interest for a Sales Manager. This role offers the prospect to build and shape the team, culture and results from the ground up, with hands-on leadership mentoring and robust manufacturer support.

Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop your sales team to beat sales, gross and CSI targets
Set the tone on the floor and own the department's performance
Develop consultants through regular one-on-one coaching
Run day-to-day operations including lead management, stock control and showroom presentation
Work directly with the General Manager to shape strategy and hit dealership goals
Track KPIs and act early to keep the team on track
Deliver a standout customer experience from first contact to handover
Build robust relationships with the manufacturer and uphold franchise standards
Recruit and grow the next wave of sales talent

About you
Track record of success in automotive sales with leadership experience as a Sales Manager,



2IC or Selling Sales Manager
Experience developing people and building high-performing teams
Commercially sharp with clear focus on volume and gross
Energetic, adaptable and excited by the challenge of a growing brand
Strong at building relationships with customers, staff and the manufacturer
OTE $150,000+ with strong base and performance incentives
60+ vehicle opportunities per month
