Dom's Motors in Griffith is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing team across BYD, Mazda, Subaru and RAM. You will coach consultants, set KPIs, drive profitability and expand fleet and key accounts.

This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution at a regional dealership. You’ll ensure sharp stock control, robust CRM usage, and close collaboration with the Operations Manager to keep both sites performing.
