Outstanding Southland Bullion (GSB) is hiring Mandarin-speaking, full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our GSB Victoria Stores.

You'll help customers sell their unwanted gold and silver (jewellery, bullion, etc.) as well as guide and support customers in buying gold and silver bullion.

No precious metals experience is required - we provide full, industry-leading training. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in customer relationships, and want to build a career in a specialised and trusted industry, we'd like to hear from you.

About GSB GSB is a boutique precious metals business that buys and sells gold and silver using industry-leading technology. Our stores are located inside major shopping centres, giving customers a safe, secure and convenient place to trade.

Your Role

Support customers in selling their gold and silver to GSB (jewellery, bullion, etc.) and to support them in buying gold and silver bullion.

Provide informed and confident guidance based on market knowledge

Focus on marketing and promoting the business

Handle transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism

Create a secure, respectful,



and supportive setting for every customer

Uphold the GSB values and culture in every interaction

Assist with opening, closing and store presentation

Requirements

Must speak Mandarin

Flexibility and willingness to work across our 3 locations - Chadstone, Glen Waverley and Box Hill

Access to reliable personal transport

Professionalism and personal pride in presentation

Emotional intelligence and the ability to show genuine empathy

Confidence, clarity, and discretion in communication

Solid attention to detail and accuracy
