We are seeking an experienced

CNC / Waterjet Operator

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with natural and engineered stone who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship.

You will be responsible for operating CNC and waterjet machinery to cut and shape stone materials for residential and commercial projects.

CNC / Waterjet Operator

You will be responsible for operating CNC and waterjet machinery to cut and shape stone materials for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC and/or waterjet machinery to cut and shape stone materials including granite, marble, and engineered stone

Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications

Program and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate cutting and finishing

Conduct quality checks on finished pieces to ensure they meet specifications





Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting when required

Follow all workplace safety procedures and WHS requirements

Work collaboratively with the production and installation teams

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC or waterjet machinery in the stone industry (essential)

Experience working with natural stone, engineered stone, or porcelain

Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and solid work ethic
