Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and to company standard.



You'll represent the business professionally in customers' homes and ensure faults are fixed right the first time, with solid attention to workmanship, system performance, compliance, and customer experience. What you'll do

Residential HVAC installations, maintenance, and fault-finding across Brisbane Diagnose and resolve air conditioning and refrigeration issues in the field Use upfront pricing tools to deliver clear, no-surprise customer experiences Complete accurate job notes and documentation to support installation/repair quotes Represent Fallon Solutions with professionalism on every job What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in HVAC servicing, fault-finding, maintenance, and repair Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning QLD Restricted Electrical Licence QBCC Mechanical Services - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration occupational licence Current QLD Manual Driver's Licence Robust communication skills and a genuine customer focus Pride in workmanship - you care about getting it right Ability to manage your own day and work independently Please note: we do not offer overseas sponsorships.
