Service Stream is seeking a Performance and Forecasting Planner to coordinate the operational performance of the Performance and Forecasting group in Melbourne. You will schedule the workforce against client forecasts, analyze historical data, assess skills gaps, onboard technicians, and drive improvements in forecasting and reporting.

The role requires experience in rapid-paced workforce planning, process improvements, complex forecasting, and stakeholder engagement with regulators.
