Essence Communities, part of the UniLodge Living Group, seeks a General Manager to oversee Wentworth Quarter, a premium Build-to-Rent community in NSW. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the asset, acting as the conduit between the client, senior leadership and onsite team.

Lead end-to-end asset performance, leasing, compliance, resident experience and team culture, guiding lease-up through stabilisation to establish Wentworth Quarter as a market‑leading BTR destination.
