Project Manager Salary $230k
$280k package depending on exp. Location Western Sydney Project $30m hospital car park Role Requirements 10 + years' experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction. Demonstrated capacity delivering projects over $20 million. Solid knowledge of Australian construction standards, codes, and legislative requirements. Advanced using construction software such as MS Project, Aconex or similar. Experienced and capable in the use of Microsoft Project and the preparation of construction programmes for tendering and project delivery. Competent user of office 365 programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams Would consider a Senior PE or Senior CA that's with a proven track record that's looking for a step up. Key Competencies Providing leadership and guidance and ensuring a timely response. High standard of personal integrity, the ability to professionally handle matters and exude the appropriate level of judgment and maturity. Solid problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. High level negotiation, influencing and dispute resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
