The Role As a Legal Assistant within the Real Estate team, you’ll provide high-level support to senior Partners and the wider legal team. You’ll be part of a cohesive support team, including other Legal and Administrative Assistants, working together to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client outcomes. Key responsibilities include:





Managing complex billing processes and client-specific administrative tasks

End-to-end file management, from matter opening to finalisation

Diary and appointment coordination for Partners and legal staff

Preparing legal documents, presentations, and assisting with business development initiatives

About You You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced professional setting. You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of busy legal professionals. In addition, you bring:

Proven experience as a Legal Assistant supporting up to Partner level

Solid billing and matter management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
