Szabo & Associates, Solicitors is a highly regarded, creative and well-established boutique law firm. We are currently seeking an

experienced part - time

paralegal

to work alongside the Principal and associate solicitors in the following areas:

Property Litigation Estate planning and deceased estates The Role:

Providing high level administrative support, including diary, paper and electronic file management

Preparing correspondence and documents to a high standard, in addition to filing documents with the Court when required

Invoicing

Have excellent attention to detail

Liaise in a friendly and qualified manner with all client interactions

The Candidate:

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pride yourself on organisational skills, time management and attention to detail – think strategically in order to forward plan





Be able to manage competing priorities in order to meet deadlines

Ability to work autonomously as well as a team-player

Previous legal experience (in at least three of the four highlighted areas of law (above) will be highly regarded

Have a minimum of 2 years' legal experience

Hands on conveyancing experience (including PEXA) in particular will be preferred

Handle and uphold confidential matters with maturity and common sense

Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Have experience working with LEAP Legal (highly regarded)

This role would

suit law students in year 3 or above in their law degree.

Law students are preferred candidates

The remuneration package will be commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.
